At Rescue Paws Club, we stand behind the quality and meaning of every piece we create. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
